Refund policy
Returns
Thank you for purchasing our products at monohawaii.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, product must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for understanding.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@monohawaii.com.

Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a trackable method for return shipping, that way we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
